That background hum of unease is your body’s signal that you are not living in the NOW.

You are either worrying about what may happen in the future, or you are running a familiar pattern of unconsciousness that disrupts your ability to experience inner peace.

The solution is simple:

BREATHE.

As you inhale deeply
And exhale with your mouth open “AH,”
And repeat this.

Observing your thoughts and how you feel in your body, you return to the present moment.

NOW is all we have. 

And the breath is the bridge to access your sovereignty, navigate any challenges, deceive Divine Guidance, and remember how powerful you are as a Conscious Reality Creator.
